New Mini 2013 - brake problem and rejecting it

Hi, I bought a brand new JCW hatchback in July and took collection in August. Since then, the handbrake failed costing £4k worth of damage and mini had the car for 3 weeks waiting for parts. They could never find the problem so blamed me knowing full well that there may have been an issue but due to the car not being roadworthy they could not test the brakes properly and could only test the car whilst parked overnight which never showed an issue. Since then the car has been in for a further 5 times, one being a leakage with the boot seal, and now a further 4 problems with the brakes. They had it once and changed the brake fluid, still had the same problem, then change the pads, again same problem and then the third they changed the vacuum pump. They have given the car back every time and not been the same. They have now got it the fourth time and changed the rotors and the calipers. They believe it now works fine which we will see when we collect but now having bought my first brand new car I have lost faith and wonder if I have a good case in rejecting the car? Can anyone help with this please?
