New mini whurring noise from front right wheel

Hi all,

just got my new mini cooper s 04 this morning, very happy with it, however, whilst on the motorway to show it off to friends and family, I noticed a whurring noise which almost sounds like when you run onto the white line at the edge of the road.

It only occurs over around 50 mph, comes from the drivers side front wheel, and appears to disappear when I turn left?

I had a google, and the consensus I have come to is perhaps a wheel bearing problem, or a wheel balancing issue, any ideas?
