hi - just got mini cooper clubman [D - sorry] its been 30 years since I had a mini, must say my dog much preferred my old car which was a merc estate, still, she's a Plumber terrier so just about fits in the boot! mines a basic spec which was a mistake, not used to an expensive car not having any toys! I think the control switches were designed to test your skill at being able to operate without killing someone! in the old mini it was so easy, even the speedo, in the old mini easy viz, the new one, if you want to view it you have to take your eyes off the road cos its too close so you have to use readout on rev counter.
Bought it from Bolton Motorpark - what a mistake that was! it must have taken them forever to cover up all the bodywork imperfections which I can now see once the car has been washed, going to have the car inspected so I hope they don't think they are going to get away with their dirty little tricks that easy!!
I hoped that as they are a franchised dealer they might be above the back-street cowboys but I was wrong!! at least it runs good.
