Advice Needed..

Hi All,

Looking to get the GF a new car. She doesn't like driving my second car as its too big for her (she is trying to prove this by make all 4 corners shorter) its a 320d touring..

Anyway she has set her sights on a Mini, as she only uses the car to go to and from work (10 miles each way) in relatively heavy traffic she wants an automatic and due to small usage I don't see any point in spending much money on it.

So looking on autotrader there are a few around the £3000 mark and quite a few between the £3-4000.. I am not a mini person and have no idea of the different models and packs and what they bring to the car..

So can you guys n girls point me in the right direction, what I should be looking for in terms of;

should I stay clear of the auto box on a car that old etc etc..

Do all cars have ac (seen some adds that specifically mention it but kinda assumed that cars built in the 21st century all had ac?)..

Is high millage an issue even with the FSH......

Anything else you guys think will be useful!!!!
