cracked seal around soft top roof

Hi all,

I've got an 08 Mini cooper convertible, and I've noticed that the seal that goes round the car to connect the car to the roof is cracking around the boot area. Does anyone know if 1) you can buy these and 2) if its easy to replace?

I can add photos if needed, and of course add more details if I've not given enough!
