R58 JCW ticking on heavy/full throttle issue

Hi all,

I have noticed that occasionally on throttle load the engine makes a ticking sound and hesitates to accelerate, doesn't happen very often but happens now and again, i'm not sure what is causing this, and even the one time I took it to the car workshop they couldn't replicate it.

Has anybody else experienced a similar issue?
