Wipers will not stop when engine OFF!

Hi

I have recently returned from a weekend away - I left my car at the airport for 3 nights and when I got back I had a flat battery. I hadn't left any lights on or anything like that but the driver side window started going down on its own so i'm not sure if this has something to do with it.

I got the car jumpstarted at then drove home. When I turned my engine off the front and rear wipers started and I can not get them to stop. I have tried the fuses and I have managed to stop the front ones but I cant find the fuse for the rear wiper or know how to stop them.
