Apologies if this is posted in the wrong section but need some advice.
I have only had my mini one 04 plate for a few days. Driving on the motorway is very noisy, but I accept that road noise is part and parcel. However, between 50-65/70 MPH I am getting a really annoying loud constant noise, which is driving me insane, I can hear it over my music.
Without being an idiot ill try and explain the noise, it's almost like a whirring throbbing noise, phonetically something like this a-woo-a-woo-a-woo etc etc. it's not present from about 0-50 but between the speeds mentioned above it is so loud and I'm starting to feel daunted, thinking about the possibility that there may be an issue.
I'm gonna get the car checked out anyway, because I can't possibly live that sound but does anyone have any idea what this may be?
