Audio Issues - Help needed!

Hi,

I've recently bought a new mini (my 3rd) and got undersold on the audio :(

I was told Full Bluetooth with USB and the iPhone 5 Snap in adapter would allow me to dock my phone and play music, great! But it turns out I needed Connected for it to work! I also was told that this setup allows Audio over Bluetooth which also doesnt work.

Currently Im stuck with a Y cable and my phone upside down in the cup holder. Not what I wanted.

I was actually considering getting a Samsung instead does anyone know wether this works with bluetooth or wether a straight USB cable works?
