Had a fault with me Mini Cooper Graphite, three half years old, engine revs. going from 800 to down to 300 and engine cuts out. Took to Mini Stoke who first said sensor faulty £90 to replace o/k to have it done, one problem part not available in this country (put on order). Due to cutting out went back next day and was given courtesy car. 3 days later had t/p call to say different sensor fault £350. I had it done and gave them permision for there service manager to take it home Liverpool for a test drive, (think reason they needed to do this was the car i was given was his), i was o/k with this on the conditions i had with there courtesy car applied to mine. On picking up my Mini which i payed £18500 for there was only 12-15 miles off petrol in it down to 1 segment which i never let it go to. Went back in told them there was 140-150 miles of fuel in it when i left it there, had my keys off me and went put fuel in it. If this is how there sevice manager treats customers cars then what are his team like. This was the final nail in BMW/MINI STOKE. Did the TLC service while had it in for repaire was told got 2 slow punctures and front & rear wipers smearing. 2 weeks after this took it somwhere else for MOT which it passed no problem with tyres or wipers. Never use Stoke Mini again really let me down, filled in customer feedback ticked box for return call no response from them. An old saying tell us first before others i did no response so i tell everyone i know now.
