R57 LCI retrofit navigation, has visual boost

Hi all,

The first owner of my MINI ticked all spec boxes apart from HK sound system and Navigation. So I have a big screen and full BT, but I want navigation. Can't believe someone wanted to safe the final £300...

Right now, my questions are:

• What coding work will be required to swap my Visual boost main unit for a Navigation unit?
• I understand I may need an FSC code to enable a new unit. Do I need the donor VIN number for this?
• What if I don't have a donor VIN, can I somehow readit of the Navigation unit? The seller states some of his units were never fitted.
• I understand I also need the donor VIN for map updates.
• Will I need new FSCs to re-enable MINI Connected or any BT?
