Names Steve , My mum was a mini nut - bought her a few but this is my first , and i'm liking it - a lot ! that charger scream is addictive .
Have bought a tuned Cooper S , looking for some motorsport fun ....
Was thinking Hillclimbs , sprints and trackdays (but open to ideas ...)
Anyone got any experiences they'd like to share ?
My car has had plenty invested in it by the previous enthusiast owner and was last owned by sinio racing in oxford and seems pretty sorted .
Big brakes ,trick suspension ,dyno sheets to 277hp and receipts for 25k odd spent to get there ....
Can i get a half roll cage like a classic mini somewhere ? 4 point or so - been looking and all seem to be big cages !
Have sent off for a msa licence , heard about some timing events in bedford ?
Where does everyone else play ?
