Where is the Navigation computer!!!

Hi, just bought my wife a 2003 Cooper S JCW. It has satnav in the centre of the dash which works ok. I was looking to upgrade the maps etc. Only thing is I can't find the CD/DVD device! Looked under both seats but there is nothing there. Car has heated leather seats so I thought it may be somewhere else.

Checked the manual but it only mentions how to use it, not where it is

Any ideas??
