Rattle that I don't know what is

This rattle is getting worse now so will have to be sorted. Try sort it myself if it can be done if not trip down local garage.
The noise happens when moving of and when on a poor bumpy road. It sounds like it is around the steering column/rack. You can't feel it just hear it. It is defo the drivers side. Has anyone come across this?
Any suggestions would be great.
