After buying my Clubman diesel I was unhappy with the general feel and handling, anyway, after a bit of discussion and a couple of visits to the dealer it was decided that the run flat tyres were the issue. I therefore decided to change over to conventional tyres to solve the problem, this however left me without a solution in the event of a puncture.
Wrote to the dealer and explained that I had had to lay out for a set of tyres to improve the handling and so the least they could do would be to provide me with a new spacesaver wheel and tyre free of charge as a gesture of good will.
They agreed, ordered me one and I am picking it up this morning.
