Formula 1 Auto Centres

Hi everyone,

I have used our local Formula 1 Auto centre to service my wife's Kia for many years and have generally received a good value for money service.
As my mini is out of warranty I will probably use them for servicing on that as well, but I was wondering if they, or any other independent service establishment would be able to reset the service indicator. Also, will they be able to store the service details on the key fob as do the main franchise dealer.
What are the experiences of the members on here?
