rear wiper/wash leak

Hi i've got a prob with the rear wash wipe [on a 04 mini], it was blocked the other day, cleared it ok, but know noticed after use water drips from the wiper g/box cover. Removed cleaned out the mess, regreased but found the plastic elbow that feeds the water into the spindle has a worn bore [oval] also the nipple end is corroded.
Question can i get a new elbow or seal separate or is it going to a complete new wiper motor assembly
